2008 summer season is approaching and we invite you to incorporate La Benvengudio team as a receptionist. Being in front of our clients, you are the Hotel face and voice. You manage bookings. You greet and advise our guests. You process check-in and check-outs.

Competences:

• Respond to client mail and email enquiries. 
• Respond to client telephone enquiries.
• Manage reservations in the CRM system. 
• Update CARDEX and write down our clients’ preferences and habits.
• Manage allocations in the online Web Booking Engine.
• Process end of business day administration.
• Reception of guests.
• Process check-in and check-outs.
• Organise excursions.

The position also requires following capabilities:

• Having great interpersonal skills, being able to welcome guests and make them feel at home.
• Adapting to a varied, international group of clients (listening, checking availability...).
• Effectively organising one's work.
• Possessing good oral and visual memory. 
• Executing all tasks with confidence and dexterity.
• Moving in a sometimes reduced and overloaded workspace.
• Working in a team.

Specific competences:

• Read, written and spoken English.
• Oral knowledge of other languages.
• Polyvalent.
